Rick has BS in Electrical Engineering specializing in power systems and machinery from Michigan Technological University and is a registered PE in state of Wisconsin.  Rick has 22 years of experience at WEC Energy Group in operations engineering and real-time system operations, and currently manages Local Balancing Authority operations, which encompasses three LBAs within the MISO RC area.
