Robel Lulseged
Robel Lulseged is the Director of Asset Management and Engineering Support at Oncor Electric Delivery. Throughout his 16-year tenure with the company, Robel has taken on various positions, allowing him to grow and develop expertise in the electric utility industry. Robel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. His professional journey began as an Engineer, where he focused on developing standards, preparing designs, and supporting the construction of Transmission and Distribution stations across Texas. Robel then transitioned to the role of Maintenance Strategy Manager, where he was responsible for developing and implementing asset management programs aimed at optimizing the reliability and resiliency of the Oncor Distribution system. Robel also served as an Operations District Manager overseeing field operations, construction, and maintenance activities while prioritizing safety and the customer reliability experience. As the Director of Asset Management and Engineering Support, Robel focuses on developing advanced capabilities and innovative tools to implement asset management strategies across the organization. His responsibilities include coordinating system resiliency initiatives and wildfire mitigation programs focused on public safety and maintaining reliable service while addressing the industry's evolving challenges.
