Rockie Solomon is a Business Process Automation, AI, and Data Analytics leader and has been with Eversource for 20 years. Rockie’s utility industry expertise spans billing, collections, customer and meter data management, regulatory processes, and compliance functions.  Rockie has led Eversource’s Intelligent Automation program from concept to institutionalization – establishing the Center of Excellence – yielding significant customer and employee experience improvements and annual steady state financial value across Customer Operations’ areas.  Rockie has an MBA in Corporate Innovation and is an active member of New England Women in Energy and Environment.
