Customer Service Strategy & Compliance Manager, SDGE

Sara Nordin is the Customer Service Strategy and Compliance Manager at SDG&E, where she leads the implementation, operation, and governance of customer choice programs and oversees tariff and policy compliance for the customer service organization. With 18 years of experience at SDG&E, Sara has led diverse teams in marketing, customer programs, customer success and customer service. She played a key role in launching SDG&E’s Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) service to more than 1 million customers while overseeing strategic initiatives related to CCA, direct access, and gas choice programs. A native of San Diego, Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Rice University.
