Scott is a talented program and project manager with 25 years of experience in the design, pre-construction, construction, and close-out of vertical and civil/site construction projects, as well as experience in facilities maintenance. His extensive experience in general contracting and construction management provides him with unique insight that he applies during the planning and design phases, often resulting in budget and/or schedule savings. He is a proven leader of large, cross-discipline teams and focuses on collaboration and consensus building coupled with out-of-the-box thinking to deliver tangible project results and programmatic enhancements.  
 
Over the past 10 years, Scott has primarily focused on supporting the SCE Corporate Real Estate contract and currently serves as the Vice President for the Anser contracts.
