Scott B. Bordenkircher Director, Forestry and Fire Mitigation Scott Bordenkircher joined Arizona Public Service Company (APS) in 2001. He is currently the Director of Forestry and Fire Mitigation and is responsible for the strategy and execution of APS’s integrated vegetation management and fire mitigation programs. These include a focus on wildfire prevention and response, deployment of field technologies leading to better environmental situational awareness, avian protection, right of way line clearance, and other natural resource special programs. Prior to his current role, Bordenkircher served in a variety of leadership positions overseeing Technology Innovation, IT Applications, and Cybersecurity & Compliance. Outside of work, he can be found travelling with his family, riding horses, woodworking, or playing guitar.
