Sean Lerette is the Solution Architect for Next-Generation Grid Management at Siemens Grid Software. Sean focuses on innovation, growth, development and launch of software products for distribution utilities to accelerate the energy transition and the integration of DERs into the network. In his previous role at Siemens, Sean worked in technical sales for Grid Control Siemens’s Grid Software, providing demonstrations and leading the technical sales strategy in the U.S. Prior to joining Siemens, Sean worked for Arizona Public Service (APS) in the Operational Technology area for 13 years, supporting operations, planning, and engineering in both Transmission and Distribution. Sean started in the transmission space supporting the Energy Management System (EMS), eventually going on to lead the group and manage all of Transmission Operations Support. His last role at APS was the IT program manager for the EMS upgrade project, leading all IT workstreams.
