Shawn Adderly is the Senior Manager of Transmission and Substation Operational Readiness. In this role, Shawn helps run the day-to-day operations of PG&E's Electric Transmission System. His group is responsible for executing on key strategic initiatives in Transmission to ensure the safety, quality, delivery, and budget targets are met. Along with monitoring the performance our substation and transmission assets to deploy mitigations to prevent outage events.
