He has deep industry knowledge and a balanced understanding of Utilities Information and Operational technology systems to help client design efficient solution with lower cost. Specifically, Sheng implements complex technology solutions across the PU&R value chain, such as Asset and Work management, Capital Investment Planning, ADMS, distribution OMS, transmission OMS, GIS integrations, mobile integration, AMI, CIS, and other Grid Modernization and Resilience solutions.
