Stephanie provides global leadership to the Electric Power Division’s Retail Electric Power business, and the Energy Transition Commercial Solutions team focused on energy outcomes development.

In her more than 20 years with Caterpillar, Stephanie has held a variety of finance and accounting roles supporting both machine and component businesses in the U.S. and Japan. Prior to her role as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the Energy & Transportation segment, Stephanie led a major strategic transformation as the Vice President of Indirect Procurement, driving process improvements, cost effectiveness, enhanced digital tools and technologies as well as improved data visibility and integrity.
