Wade is the CEO of Open Energy Solutions Inc. (OES).  Through its products and services, OES helps utilities and utility customers realize value from emerging technologies that are dramatically altering the way today's grid and associated markets operate. Wade has over 40 years of experience in business, strategic and operational leadership, management consulting, technology development and delivery, and operations in the electric utility industry. Wade received an MSEE and BSEE from Drexel University.  Wade is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Registered Professional Engineer.
