William Kelly is a Process Manager of Advanced Grid Technologies for Austin Energy. Mr. Kelly oversees a portfolio of innovative grid technology programs, including Advanced Metering Systems & Engineering, DER Integration, Distribution Asset Management, Projects & Technologies, and Grid Analytics. Holding a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Mr. Kelly has been with Austin Energy for 15 years.
