Will’s research focus includes many facets of DER Integration, from equitable adoption to grid services and best practices. His focus also includes topics such as quantifying the costs and benefits of resilience adaptations. He holds a PhD in Env Eng and has a background in engineering, analytics, hazard modeling, and regulation.
